This includes measuring all of the rooms, taking note of the special features your property has to offer, and capturing a walk-through video for us to display on our website that buyers will have access to 24/7. She also assists the Team with getting feedback from the agents that have shown your property. Her goal is to collect as much information as she can on your showing feedback, your competition, and today’s market so that you are always up-to-date on the status of your listing and that you reach your goal as a seller…. a SOLD sign!
